Key Responsibilities

• Perform database queries, CRUD operations, and write stored procedures
• Prepare and execute test cases (manual/automated)
• Analyze and resolve service tickets following SOPs
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT issues
• Monitor systems, servers, and cloud environments
• Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles
• Collaborate with teams and improve processes

Qualifications & Skills

• 3-year UG degree (BCA, BSc, BBA, BCom, BA, etc.) – 2024/2025 batch
• Minimum 50%–60% depending on role
• No standing arrears
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of databases, IT support, or cloud
• Willing to work in shifts and relocate
