Job Summary
Cognizant is hiring Analyst Trainees for freshers from 2024 or 2025 batches across IT, Multicloud, Digital Workplace Services, and Integrated Smart Operations practices. The role assignment depends on candidate credentials and hiring performance, offering diverse opportunities in database management, technical support, cloud administration, and service delivery. This entry-level position provides comprehensive training with shift allowances, cab facilities, and recognition for top performers.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform database queries, CRUD operations, stored procedures, and data retrieval across related tables.
- Execute manual/automated tests, analyze service tickets, and resolve issues per standard procedures.
- Provide first-line technical support, troubleshoot hardware/software, and maintain knowledge base articles.
- Monitor production servers, handle incident management, and support Windows/Network/Cloud environments.
- Adhere to SOPs, security compliance, productivity targets, and contribute to continuous service improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3-year UG degree (2024/2025 batch) – BCA, BSc (CS/IT/Math/Physics/Chemistry/Statistics/Electronics), or equivalent with 50-60% minimum (no rounding off).
- Consistent 60%+ academics in X, XII, Diploma, UG with no standing arrears at joining.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, time management, and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility for PAN India relocation, shift work (including nights), and any technology assignment.
- Indian nationals/OCIs residing in India; no prior experience considered for fresher onboarding.
