Job Summary

SaneForce is hiring passionate and detail-oriented freshers to join as Software Tester – Trainee. This role offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in both Manual and Automation Testing under the mentorship of experienced QA professionals. Candidates who have completed a software testing course and are eager to start their IT career will find this an excellent launchpad. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand software requirements and functional specifications.
• Design and execute manual test cases and accurately report defects.
• Assist in automation testing tasks and learn tools like Selenium.
• Perform regression, functional, and system testing across applications.
• Collaborate closely with development and QA teams.
• Engage in learning sessions to understand testing tools, SDLC, and STLC processes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Completed a Manual & Automation Testing course.
• Basic understanding of software testing fundamentals, SDLC & STLC.
• Knowledge of test case writing and defect life cycle.
• Familiarity with any automation tool (Selenium preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to project requirements.
