Job Summary
Join the LS&H RWD DRG Fusion team as a Full Stack Software Engineer and work on a startup product within a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Angular, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and AWS cloud technologies. This role offers hands-on engagement with both backend and frontend development, including design, troubleshooting, and technical documentation. The team operates globally with hybrid work options to balance office and remote collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, design, and maintain Java-based backend services and Angular client interfaces.
- Collaborate with product leads, technology managers, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Write and optimize SQL queries and ensure robust, scalable microservices architecture.
- Troubleshoot and debug software issues efficiently.
- Create clear, comprehensive technical documentation for team use.
- Participate in Agile processes and use version control tools such as Git and GitHub.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, JAX-RS, Microservices architecture, Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AWS Cloud.
- Proficient with Git, GitHub, SQL, and strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Preferred: Experience or knowledge in Healthcare or Life Sciences domain.
- Bonus: AWS certifications, and hands-on with Jenkins, Docker, and Agile methodologies.
