Job Summary

Capgemini is seeking professionals with 1 to 3 years of domain experience in purchasing, vendor management, inventory management, warehouse activities, and materials purchasing in manufacturing settings. Candidates should have a basic understanding of business processes relevant to SAP MM and be willing to learn and adapt quickly in a team environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle purchasing and vendor management activities including quotation comparison, PO/contract processing, landed cost calculation, and vendor evaluations
• Manage inventory and warehouse activities such as material movements, stock counts, and MIS reporting
• Coordinate with planning, quality, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth inventory and purchasing operations
• Learn and apply SAP MM business processes to support domain-related functions

Qualifications & Skills

• 1 to 3 years of relevant domain experience in purchasing, vendor or inventory management, and warehouse coordination
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to learn and quick grasping power
• Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
• Must have an active DigiLocker account and mobile number linked to Aadhar for application
