Job Summary
The Associate Engineer provides first-level technical support and services through calls, emails, and tickets, working both independently and as part of a team in Bengaluru. The role includes diagnosing and analyzing technical issues, handling offline assignments, and flagging unresolved matters for escalation. A key part of the role is analyzing systems and energy data to discover optimization opportunities, supporting various data-driven projects, and maintaining high customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and provide service via calls, emails, and tickets
- Execute given offline activities efficiently
- Follow SOPs and escalate unresolved issues to L2
- Diagnose and analyze technical problems
- Analyze systems and energy data for optimization
- Work on data mining, analysis, and presentation projects
- Follow up on commitments and ensure customer satisfaction
- Show flexibility with shifts and week-offs as required
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BTech/BE)
- Freshers/experienced candidates welcome
- Ability to diagnose and analyze technical problems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work in shifts
