Job Summary

The Associate Engineer provides first-level technical support and services through calls, emails, and tickets, working both independently and as part of a team in Bengaluru. The role includes diagnosing and analyzing technical issues, handling offline assignments, and flagging unresolved matters for escalation. A key part of the role is analyzing systems and energy data to discover optimization opportunities, supporting various data-driven projects, and maintaining high customer service standards.​

Key Responsibilities

• Support and provide service via calls, emails, and tickets
• Execute given offline activities efficiently
• Follow SOPs and escalate unresolved issues to L2
• Diagnose and analyze technical problems
• Analyze systems and energy data for optimization
• Work on data mining, analysis, and presentation projects
• Follow up on commitments and ensure customer satisfaction
• Show flexibility with shifts and week-offs as required

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BTech/BE)
• Freshers/experienced candidates welcome
• Ability to diagnose and analyze technical problems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Flexibility to work in shifts
