Job Summary
Capgemini is hiring fresh graduates for its Contact Support Group (CSG) IT Enablers team in Noida. As the first line of defense for Capgemini’s Cloud & Infra Services division, CSG manages IT infrastructure incidents and service requests using both legacy and advanced digital contact channels. This role focuses on delivering best-in-class customer support, incident resolution, and technical troubleshooting to a global client base. Flexible work shifts and a commitment to diversity, especially female applicants, are central to the team’s mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and customer service across voice, chat, SSP, BOTs, and email channels
- Manage tickets by prioritizing, categorizing, updating statuses, and keeping customers informed
- Analyze ticket data and utilize business intelligence tools to enhance support efficiency
- Deliver exceptional service, ensuring first contact resolution and customer brand engagement
- Collaborate with CHIP (AI BOT) to optimize issue resolution and customer satisfaction
- Handle email support efficiently and contribute to knowledge management and service marketing
- Serve customers across telecom, financial services, healthcare, and technology industries
- Troubleshoot issues related to internet access, password resets, and profile management
- Work in rotational 24×7 shifts and be open to relocation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduation or 3-year diploma completed in 2025
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computing and technical troubleshooting abilities
- Willingness to work under pressure, in rotational shifts, and relocate if required
- Female candidates encouraged as part of diversity efforts
