Job Summary

BNP Paribas India Solutions is hiring passionate interns for a 3-month full-time internship across Mumbai, Chennai, and Bengaluru. Interns will gain hands-on experience and enhance technical and soft skills while being mentored by seasoned professionals. The program offers exposure across IT, Operations, Finance, HR, and compliance, with opportunities to network and contribute to industry-leading projects.​

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Support daily operations and project requirements
• Communicate task status and ensure timely delivery
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives
• Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills
• Take on responsibilities across IT, Operations, Finance, HR, and other segments as per business need.​

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (3 years); French language B.A/M.A or certifications for French roles
• Educational background as per segment (BE/BTech/BCA/MCA/B.Sc IT for IT; Commerce for Finance; any stream for other functions)
• Strong communication, analytical ability, and teamwork skills
• Adaptability, results orientation, and willingness to work in shifts
• Proactive, detail-oriented mindset.​
