Job Summary
The Quality Services team at Amazon provides critical manual testing support for a wide range of products, including Devices, Retail, and AWS offerings. As an Associate in Quality Services, you will be responsible for executing manual test cases, producing accurate test results, and maintaining daily targets as per established processes. The role involves identifying bugs, regression testing, and using software tools for efficient data capture, contributing to the overall quality of Amazon’s Alexa AI products.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and report manual test cases on Kindle and Alexa platforms
- Identify, report, and escalate bugs and failures accurately
- Follow guidelines for new software builds and releases
- Conduct regression and repetitive testing for quality assurance
- Use tools for daily data capture and result reporting
- Communicate and provide timely status updates
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate, preferably in a quantitative discipline
- 0–1 years of experience; freshers eligible
- Basic QA methodology and tools knowledge
- Familiarity with devices, computers, and general software usage
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and strong team player
- Ability to follow processes and meet deadlines
- Preferred: Understanding of software testing concepts
