Job Summary

Alter Domus is hiring fresh graduates for the role of Application Support Engineer Associate at its Hyderabad office. In this officer-level role, you will provide front-line technical support for applications used by global financial clients, handle ticket resolutions, collaborate with business teams, and develop user support processes. The role offers exposure to international operations, modern technical tools, and a dynamic professional environment. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to user requests by phone, Service Desk queues, and email
• Resolve Level 1 and selected Level 2 application issues, including remote troubleshooting
• Manage tickets and escalate issues as per process matrix
• Create and configure user accounts, manage roles, and ensure compliance
• Analyze logs and troubleshoot technical problems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirements and process improvement
• Update and develop support documentation and workflows
• Promote a customer-centric work environment

Qualifications & Skills

• Fresh graduate (0–1 year experience)
• Fluency in English
• Basic knowledge of application support and relevant tools (ServiceNow, SQL preferred)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Self-motivated team player and ability to work independently
• Flexible to work APC/EMEA shifts
