Job Summary

Airbus India is offering a Software Engineer Internship opportunity within its EPLM IIDPPT department in Bengaluru. This program gives students a chance to contribute to innovative software development projects supporting Airbus’ digital transformation. Interns will work on full-stack solutions, collaborate across global teams, and gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies in a real-world aerospace environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable web applications using Java (backend) and modern front-end frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and engineers.
• Write, review, and maintain clean, testable, and efficient code following agile methodologies.
• Debug and fix software issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Stay updated with new technologies, frameworks, and best practices in software development.

Qualifications & Skills

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field.
• Front-end: Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Back-end: Familiarity with Spring Boot and databases such as MySQL or MongoDB.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, autonomous, and eager to learn in a fast-paced global environment.
