Job Summary

Airbus India is seeking an enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern for a 6-month onsite internship in Bangalore. The intern will support the full-cycle recruitment process by screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews with candidates and stakeholders. The role offers hands-on experience in recruitment operations, data management, and dashboard reporting. This position is ideal for students interested in building a foundation in HR and talent acquisition within a leading global organization.​

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with screening resumes and scheduling interviews across multiple levels.
• Engage and coordinate with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment dashboards.
• Rotate across HR functions to gain comprehensive recruitment experience.
• Learn to use internal HR tools and contribute to process improvements.​

Qualifications & Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and/or G Suite applications.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Keen interest and passion for recruitment.
