Job Summary

The Graduate Engineering Trainee at Adani will work on operational excellence initiatives and smart metering projects, leading efforts to maximize project value and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery. The role involves driving project completion, monitoring smart metering initiatives like MSEDCL Package 6, and aligning project outcomes with business objectives. It requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and a commitment to regulatory compliance and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop competitive, cost-effective bids to optimize project value.
• Monitor the progress of Smart Metering projects to achieve quality, deadline, and budgetary targets.
• Enforce compliance with company and regulatory standards during project bidding and execution.
• Integrate market insights and risk mitigation strategies into project operations.
• Drive technology adoption, particularly in integrated project management software.
• Collaborate with the AMI Strategy team to implement innovative smart metering solutions.
• Facilitate cross-team coordination and effective stakeholder management.
• Build partnerships with DISCOMs, utilities, vendors, and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications & Skills

• BE in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering.
• MBA preferred.
• 0–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong project management, compliance, and stakeholder communication abilities.
• Experience in smart metering or related projects preferred.
