Job Summary

The Associate Web Developer is responsible for designing, developing, modifying, and implementing software solutions using modern web technologies. The role involves working across all phases of the SDLC, from requirements analysis and coding to unit testing, deployment, and documentation. The associate is expected to communicate effectively with stakeholders, maintain accurate technical and user documentation, and consistently follow project and organizational best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and participate in analysis, development, testing, reviews, builds, and deployments.
• Create and maintain technical and user-facing documentation, including analysis notes and training materials.
• Follow established coding standards, processes, and quality guidelines to deliver reliable, maintainable solutions.
• Be open to learning new technologies and sharing knowledge with team members as per project needs.
• Participate in meetings, status update calls, and extend work hours when required to meet deadlines or resolve urgent issues.
• Work towards achieving performance and personal development goals while adhering to organizational policies and processes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in programming using C#/.NET/React.js.
• Strong foundational skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ReactJS.
• Good to have hands-on experience with Visual Studio Code and Visual Studio 2022.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
• Good understanding of core programming concepts, best practices, and familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies is an added advantage.
