Job Summary

The Associate Technical Consultant role at Adobe focuses on developing and configuring solutions on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and AEM Experience Data Services (EDS) for enterprise customers. You will work with Java and front-end technologies to build digital forms, workflows, and customer-facing experiences. The role suits enthusiastic developers with up to three years of experience who want to specialize in Adobe’s experience platforms in a collaborative, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, and configuring AEM and AEM EDS solutions.
• Build and customize AEM components, templates, client libraries, and workflows.
• Develop adaptive/responsive forms using AEM Forms and EDS frameworks.
• Collaborate with UX, back-end teams, and business analysts on integrated implementations.
• Integrate data via REST APIs and Java-based back-end logic.
• Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and support deployment activities.
• Follow Adobe best practices for performance, accessibility, and security.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 0–3 years of hands-on development experience (internships/projects included).
• Strong Core Java, Servlets, JSP, OOPs, plus HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and integration patterns.
• Eagerness to learn AEM (Sites, Forms, Assets) and AEM EDS.
• Good problem-solving, communication skills, and ability to work in Agile teams.
• Nice to have: exposure to CMS (AEM/WordPress/Sitecore), HTL/Sightly, OSGi, CRX/CRXDE, Maven, Git, JIRA, Jenkins, JSON/XML, and Angular/React.
