Job Summary
Step into the world of innovation at Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy by developing Python tools for wind turbine structural simulation. This role allows you to design smart software solutions, enhance analytical frameworks, and support next-generation renewable energy technologies. Key Responsibilities
- Develop new Python-based tools to enhance analysis and validation processes.
- Improve and optimize existing automation and simulation tools.
- Create frameworks that enable user contributions and collaborative development.
- Establish testing environments for newly developed tools.
- Work closely with cross-functional R&D teams to ensure robust and scalable solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven proficiency in Python programming with clean, modular, and well-documented code.
- Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Knowledge of FEA (Finite Element Analysis) tools such as ANSYS Workbench is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in teams.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities in a fast-paced research environment.
