Job Summary

Gruve is seeking a Junior Network Engineer to ensure robust management, monitoring, and performance of network and system infrastructures. The role focuses on diagnosing and resolving network issues, maintaining system documentation, and supporting implementation projects. The candidate will have exposure to the latest in cybersecurity, cloud, and enterprise AI-driven transformation technologies. The role offers a collaborative environment, growth opportunities, and involvement with both internal technical teams and clients.​

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure availability and optimal functioning of system and network services.
• Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot installed systems and network infrastructure for maximum reliability.
• Analyze platform behavior and suggest infrastructure improvements.
• Configure and manage network functions (routing, switching, LAN/WAN, VLAN, BGP, firewall, etc.).
• Administer and resolve issues in Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and IP address management.
• Create, update, and maintain technical documentation.
• Handle ticket resolution within agreed SLAs and coordinate with multi-organizational teams.
• Lead or participate in technical sessions and implement policies as needed.
• Utilize tools and platforms like ServiceNow, Salesforce, Microsoft Platform, Slack, and Nagios.

Qualifications & Skills

• BE/B.Tech/MCA or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Freshers or 1–2 years of relevant experience in networking and systems support.
• Proficiency in routing, switching, firewall management, and network security.
• Understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, VLAN, etc.).
• Knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and ticket management tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Certifications like CCNA/CCNP/CCIE are an added advantage.
