Job Summary
The Customer Solution Center Representative at HP resolves hardware and software technical issues for internal and external clients through both phone and electronic support systems. This role involves documenting resolutions in the Knowledge Management System (KMS), guiding customers proactively to prevent future problems, and representing HP in customer-facing activities and industry events. The representative supports SLA fulfillment, provides project support, and contributes to team research and data analysis efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve technical challenges related to hardware and software for business and end users.
- Provide guidance and solutions via telephone and electronic channels.
- Document issues and resolutions for the KMS.
- Guide customers to prevent problems and enhance their HP experience.
- Support team projects, research, and data analysis to meet organizational objectives.
- Deliver feedback through root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent work experience.
- 0–2 years of experience in technical or customer support roles.
- Knowledge of AWS, automation, Java, Python, SQL, Linux, Unix, SaaS, technical support, and computer science concepts.
- Effective communication, customer centricity, results orientation, and digital fluency.
