Job Summary
ServiceNow is seeking a dedicated Technical Support Engineer to resolve complex technical cases for customers using the ServiceNow platform. The role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving unexpected software behaviors while delivering excellent customer experiences. The ideal candidate will use empathy, communication skills, and diagnostic tools to manage cases across multiple channels including web, chat, email, and phone support. Collaboration with internal teams and contributing input for product and process improvements are key responsibilities. Flexibility and creativity in problem-solving are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve technical cases and respond to customer queries regarding ServiceNow software and platform.
- Utilize diagnostic tools to identify root causes and escalate challenging issues as needed.
- Provide timely, empathetic, and clear communication through web, chat, email, and telephone support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate resolution of complex issues.
- Share insights and recommendations with product and business units to improve processes and platform functionality.
Qualifications & Skills
- 0–2+ years of customer-facing technical support experience.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems with ease.
- Basic understanding of Java/JavaScript coding.
- Experience or interest in integrating AI into workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Strong commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
