Job Summary

L&T Technology Services is conducting its FY 26 Off-Campus Drive to hire Associate Engineer Trainees across multiple branches, including Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation & Control. Selected candidates will undergo 15 months of training—3 months classroom training with a stipend followed by 12 months on-the-job training. The hiring includes multiple locations across India, and candidates must sign a bond for 2 years and 9 months. This is a full-time opportunity with a compensation package of INR 4,00,100 per annum.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in classroom and on-the-job training programs
• Apply engineering knowledge in practical assignments during training
• Comply with all company policies and training requirements
• Complete assignments and assessments as directed throughout training

Qualifications & Skills

• Full-time education completion including 10th, 12th, and Graduation with minimum 60% or 6.75 CGPA in each program
• No academic backlogs at the time of application
• Final year students must pass in the first attempt
• Minimum age 18 years at joining
• Eligible branches: Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation & Control
