Job Summary

As a Product Technical Analyst at Zycus, you will support the US Delivery Team by serving as a subject matter expert for Zycus Procurement Performance and Spend Analytics solutions. You will work closely with customers in the US region, handling queries, assisting with product configuration, and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, facilitating user acceptance testing, and promoting knowledge-sharing and process automation. Fresh graduates or professionals with up to 1 year of experience in engineering or business are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Zycus Procurement Applications (Source to Pay)
• Be the first point of contact for customers with queries/issues via email, chat, or call
• Collaborate with Technical Account Management for on-time deliverables
• Coordinate with internal and customer teams for issue resolution
• Contribute to best practices and process enhancements to improve customer experience
• Participate and facilitate testing, including User Acceptance Testing
• Suggest innovative solutions and workarounds for customer needs
• Configure Zycus products and use incident management tools and MS-Excel
• Demonstrate technical understanding and showcase solution capabilities to customers

Qualifications & Skills

• MBA/Engineering Graduate (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science, Chemical, Mechanical, Electronics, or IT
• 0–1 years experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work 24×7 shifts
• Enthusiastic, flexible, and eager to learn new tools and techniques
• Strong collaboration and multitasking abilities
