Job Summary

The AI Solutions Analyst – AI Workflows will act as a key business partner on the front line, working closely with customers and internal teams to design and deliver AI-powered workflow solutions. The role focuses on deeply understanding customer processes, capturing detailed requirements, and translating them into precise, high-quality workflows using Zamp.ai’s internal AI tooling. The position blends business analysis, process modelling, and structured problem-solving to transform operations into reliable, measurable and scalable AI workflows that create real customer impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate customer and internal business process requirements into clear workflow specifications and use internal AI tooling to generate code and assemble automation logic.
• Own workflows end-to-end, from design and testing through production rollout and ongoing performance monitoring.
• Act as the link between business, product and engineering teams, providing feedback on workflow patterns, tools and platform capabilities.
• Partner with customer-facing teams to onboard workflow solutions, ensure smooth adoption, and support feedback loops.
• Track workflow performance, measure KPIs and ROI, and communicate insights and value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

• 0–2 years of experience in business/analyst or similar roles, including internships.
• Strong academic background, with preference for candidates from top-tier institutes and an undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proficiency in basic programming (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and an enthusiasm for building practical solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, clear and structured thinking, and experience with workflow or process modelling.
• Strong ownership mindset, comfort with fast-moving and ambiguous environments, and ability to proactively drive outcomes.
• Effective communication skills and customer orientation, with the ability to translate business needs into solution-oriented language and collaborate across teams.
