Job Summary
Join XenonStack’s PlatformOps team as an Associate Software Engineer supporting software programming projects under the guidance of senior engineers. In this role, you’ll help design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions and innovation strategies, contributing to the delivery of value-driven cloud-native and decision-driven analytics products. You will be working closely with experienced team members to ensure product quality and operational efficiency through agile and test-driven development.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a team to design, develop, and assure the quality of software products
- Document and test new software applications
- Assess new application ideas and research competitor offerings
- Develop, code, and implement new applications and algorithms
- Produce efficient, clean code based on specifications
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software
- Recommend and execute software improvements
- Create technical documentation for reference and reporting
Qualifications & Skills
- Technical graduates (BCA, BSc, B.Tech) or MSc/M.Tech/MCA with programming skills
- 0–1 year of relevant experience
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of software design and test-driven development
- Proficiency in C++, Java, JavaScript, Golang, Rust, Python
- Experience with SQL, NoSQL, and ORM frameworks
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with analytical and visual thinking abilities
