The program blends training in platform and behavioral skills, preparing candidates to excel in the evolving IT landscape. Stipends increase progressively each year, reflecting growth and skill development.

Key Responsibilities

• Work as a full-time employee at Wipro while pursuing B.Tech studies.
• Participate in comprehensive training including pre-skilling programs.
• Complete assessments including online tests, business discussions, and HR interviews.
• Commit to a 48-month service agreement with penalty for early exit.

Qualifications & Skills

• Passed 10th and 12th standard; diploma in relevant streams with minimum 50%.
• Maximum of 3 years gap allowed; no part-time or correspondence diploma courses.
• Core Mathematics as a subject in diploma mandatory.
• Indian citizen or valid PIO/OCI status; Bhutan/Nepal nationals require citizenship proof.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical skills.
