Job Summary
TCS BPS is offering inspiring entry-level career opportunities for Arts and Commerce graduates from the Batch of 2026. As a part of one of TCS’ fastest-growing units, selected candidates will contribute to transforming businesses and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This in-person selection process aims to recruit fresh graduates as Trainee professionals prepared to work in a dynamic and rotational shift environment. Candidates will have the chance to accelerate career growth while learning versatile skills across multiple business domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in business process operations across various projects.
- Support customer engagement and deliver quality service.
- Work in rotational shifts, including weekends and nights as required.
- Handle assigned business-critical processes in compliance with TCS standards.
- Adhere to company policies, data privacy guidelines, and operational targets.
Qualifications & Skills
- Full-time 3-year graduates from B.Com, BA, BAF, BBI, BBA, BBM, or BMS with year of passing 2026.
- Minimum age: 18 years, Maximum age: 28 years.
- One active backlog permitted at the time of selection but must be cleared before joining.
- Educational gap not exceeding 24 months; documentary proof required.
- Comfort with working in a 24×7 environment under rotational shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document handling.
- Basic communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must update name and date of birth exactly as per Aadhaar card in the application form.
