Job Summary

Sutherland Global is seeking a Software Engineer Developer for its Bengaluru office, offering freshers the opportunity to work hands-on with C#, .NET Frameworks, WPF, NUnit, and SQL. The role involves coding clean, modular, and testable solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and understanding product requirements to define an executable development timeline. The position is within the technology team focused on healthcare IT and service delivery, ensuring the highest standards of software quality and business impact.​

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain software applications using C#, .NET, SQL, WPF, and NUnit
• Write clean, modular, and unit-testable code
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to understand requirements and set realistic project timelines
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, improving codebase and processes
• Participate in the healthcare IT/service delivery domain projects

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduation in BE/BTech (CSE, IT), B.Sc. (Computers), BCA/MCA, or equivalent
• No prior experience required; freshers welcome
• Substantial exposure to C#, .NET, WPF, SQL, NUnit
• Strong communication, analytical, and time-management skills
• Passion for writing clean, tested, and maintainable code
