Job Summary
Sutherland is seeking an Associate to serve as the primary point of contact for Business-to-Business customers via calls, email, and chat at its Navi Mumbai office. The role requires timely, accurate, and professional support while maintaining service-level agreements and documentation standards. Associates own each customer interaction, address issues with empathy, maintain precise records, and contribute to continual process improvements in a fast-paced digital transformation company.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service through inbound/outbound calls, email, and chat for B2B clients
- Resolve customer issues while upholding SLAs, brand standards, and a positive attitude
- Maintain and update customer records and call documentation with precision
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including productivity, attendance, and first-contact resolution
- Suggest process improvements and escalate recurring customer issues as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Customer service mindset, empathy, and ability to work independently
- Effective time management skills
- High school diploma or above
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (freshers welcome)
