Job Summary
BCE Global Tech is seeking passionate Associate Engineers to join its dynamic team in Bengaluru. The role focuses on developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software applications supporting the next generation of communication and connectivity systems. Candidates will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and innovative solutions. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates eager to learn modern technologies like 5G, MEC, IoT, and cloud-native architecture within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test software applications.
- Collaborate with teams across functions to deliver robust solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and technical discussions.
- Learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and methodologies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- BE/B.Tech in Computer Science (2025 or 2026 batch pass-outs).
- Minimum 70% in 10th, 12th, and graduation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, C++, or similar).
- Good understanding of Computer Science fundamentals: Data Structures, Algorithms, Operating Systems, and Networking.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and basic coding standards.
