Job Summary

Join the Technology and Customer Applications team at S&P Global, impacting the energy and commodities sector through the IMPACT Graduate Program. This structured 18-month program offers rotations across Full Stack Development, Data Science/AI-ML, Data Engineering, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Automation, Agile Project Management, and Product Development, providing hands-on experience with diverse projects and mentorship. Graduates work collaboratively to design, develop, and support core software solutions, embracing cutting-edge technology and best practices for customer-focused products.​

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver core software solutions
• Turn change requests into technical designs and new features
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Ensure performance, resilience, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or analytical/technical discipline (2026 passing year)
• Strong coding, data structure, and algorithm knowledge
• Object-oriented programming and clean code principles
• Familiarity with database concepts and design patterns
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Willingness to work in 24×5 rotational shifts
• Desire and aptitude for rapid learning and adaptation
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration abilities
