Job Summary
This apprenticeship at S&P Global Market Intelligence offers fresh B.Tech (CS/IT) graduates hands-on exposure to software development, DevOps, and cloud-native engineering. Apprentices will work with industry experts on high-impact projects, building scalable products, solving complex data engineering problems, and contributing to infrastructure and CI/CD initiatives. The role combines on-the-job learning, structured training, and cross-team collaboration to help you launch a long-term career in financial technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn, design, and implement technical solutions and scalable, resilient software products.
- Contribute to data engineering, cloud-native development, and customer-focused product features.
- Support DevOps activities including Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, and security best practices.
- Help document infrastructure, deployment processes, and application workflows clearly.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams, stay updated on DevOps trends, and continuously develop technical skills.
Qualifications & Skills
- B.Tech (CS/IT) degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field; 2024 or 2025 pass-outs preferred.
- Knowledge of Python programming and familiarity with SQL/PL-SQL, RDBMS, and writing queries.
- Theoretical understanding of AWS, Power BI, AI/ML, and Large Language Model applications.
- Strong documentation, communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model with at least two days per week on-site in Gurugram and collaborate effectively in teams.
