rtCamp is seeking motivated engineers with strong Python fundamentals to join as Associate Python Engineers. This remote role features a structured 6-month probation and training period focusing on the Frappe Framework and open-source contributions. Candidates will work on real-world projects, collaborate with senior engineers, and have opportunities for fast promotions based on performance. The program encourages transparency, code explanation, and emphasizes teamwork within an open-source environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and work on the Frappe Framework with guided training.
• Contribute to open-source Frappe-based projects and internal client projects.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on development and code reviews.
• Explain logic, architectural decisions, and code security considerations transparently.
• Participate actively in peer reviews and continuous learning.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong knowledge of Python programming.
• Curiosity to learn frameworks like Frappe and ERPNext.
• Willingness to contribute to open-source projects and team collaboration.
• Problem-solving mindset and good communication skills.
• Bonus: Prior experience with Django, Flask, FastAPI, and front-end technologies such as CSS, JS, React.
