Job Summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking Graduate Engineer Trainees to join its innovative hybrid team in Bangalore. This role offers hands-on exposure to system configuration, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and enterprise software solutions for high-impact industrial clients. As a trainee, you will collaborate closely with cross-cultural teams on challenging technical projects that support global clients and build your expertise for a dynamic technology career.​

Key Responsibilities

• Perform intermediate system configuration and customization
• Install development support tools and manage system administration
• Learn and troubleshoot with AWS/Azure cloud platforms
• Provide client-level support, software upgrades, and data migration using ETL processes
• Develop using languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, .NET, and SQL
• Handle PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, and MS SQL Server
• Maintain performance reporting in DevOps tools
• Participate in internal programs, requirements gathering, and multitask for concurrent clients
• Work with Windows and various Linux platforms
• Travel up to 10% if required

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• CGPA 7.0 and above
• Programming proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, .NET, or SQL
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure and database technologies
• Basic understanding of multiple operating systems
• Strong communication, client support, and teamwork skills
• Willingness to travel up to 10%
