Job Summary
Ramco Systems is seeking energetic Graduate Software Developers to join its engineering team in Chennai. The selected candidates will work on designing, developing, and maintaining real-world software applications for global clients. This role offers exposure across frontend and backend development, collaboration with product, QA, and UI/UX teams, and continuous learning in modern tech stacks.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy software features under senior developer guidance
- Write efficient, well-structured code following best practices
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews
- Contribute to both frontend and backend solutions as per project needs
- Collaborate for seamless feature delivery and resolve development issues
- Continuously learn new frameworks, tools, and technologies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
- Good grasp of programming fundamentals, object-oriented concepts, data structures, algorithms
- Proficiency in any principal programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, Go, PHP, Kotlin, or C++)
- Understanding of full software development lifecycle
- Familiarity with frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), backend (REST API, database concepts), and version control (Git).
