Job Summary

As a Product Development Engineer I specializing in Machine Learning at Phenom, you will contribute to the design, development, and implementation of advanced machine learning models that power Phenom’s AI-driven HR solutions. This role involves working with large datasets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying updated with the latest AI and ML advancements. You will play a key role in enhancing product performance, user experience, and innovation across platforms. Candidates with a strong technical foundation and keen interest in AI are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms and models to improve products and services.
• Collaborate with teams to understand business needs and deliver scalable ML solutions.
• Research and apply the latest advancements in machine learning and AI technologies.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and optimize model performance.
• Build and maintain efficient data pipelines and model workflows.
• Participate in code reviews and resolve technical issues related to ML models.
• Document and communicate technical solutions to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in developing and implementing ML algorithms.
• Knowledge of Transformers, LLMs, and AI Agents is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, and NLP.
• Proficient in Python and experienced with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Transformers.
• Familiarity with SQL, Spark, or Hadoop for data processing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
