Job Summary

This role is part of the software engineering division responsible for enhancing existing applications and contributing to new software components. You will work with defined design specifications to develop, debug, and design software applications and operating systems, primarily within an existing software architecture. The position involves SQL-based data processing, report development, and collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver robust solutions.​

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance existing software applications and build features within the current architecture.​
• Design and develop reports, including SQL data fetching, processing, and representation.​
• Gather and analyze requirements, estimate effort, and plan and execute assigned tasks.​
• Participate in client calls and collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify and meet requirements.​
• Contribute to component-level technical design discussions.​
• Debug issues, perform root cause analysis, and document resolutions.​
• Suggest process improvements to enhance development and operational efficiency and support software releases.​
• Learn healthcare workflows and the Millennium data model as part of domain knowledge building.​

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or Information Systems.​
• 0–2+ years of experience in software development or related areas.​
• Required technical skills: SQL, PL/SQL, database management systems, programming (such as Python, Java, or C++), debugging, version control (Git), unit testing, and data analysis.​
• Strong soft skills: problem-solving, collaboration, communication, attention to detail, adaptability, time management, continuous learning, and basic mentorship abilities.​
• Good to have: experience with BI tools (Tableau, Business Object, Power Insight, DA2), CCL, and healthcare workflow knowledge.​
