Job Summary

MRI Software is seeking a detail-oriented Lease Analyst Intern to assist in lease abstraction, data analysis, and document interpretation within the commercial real estate domain. The role offers hands-on experience in understanding lease documents, developing analytical skills, and contributing to the efficiency of operational processes. Successful interns will have the opportunity to transition into full-time roles upon successful completion of their internship and graduation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and support lease data abstraction activities.
• Read, comprehend, and interpret lease agreements and related documents.
• Ensure accuracy and quality in data entry and analysis.
• Learn and apply new tools and applications to deliver results efficiently.
• Manage multiple tasks while prioritizing deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in BA, BSc, BCom, or BBA (2024 & 2025 pass outs).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent comprehension and document interpretation ability.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and manage time effectively.
• Previous exposure to lease abstraction or commercial real estate is a plus.
