Job Summary
As an Apprentice Trainee at Motorola Solutions, you will support the Defence Business Sales team by participating in the sales process, assisting in business development initiatives, and conducting market research for government and defense sector clients. This hands-on role offers valuable professional exposure to sales, customer outreach, and data analysis in a fast-paced, global technology environment. The position fosters cross-functional collaboration, enabling you to work closely with marketing, product management, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist sales team in business development and managing opportunities on government portals
- Support customer outreach, market research, and sales administration
- Help manage CRM systems, sales presentations, and reports
- Contribute to event coordination, including trade shows and demos
- Analyze sales data to improve performance and strategy
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple teams
Qualifications & Skills
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (B.Tech/B.E required)
- Strong interest in defence sector and sales functions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with strong research skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work independently or in teams
