Job Summary

Keysight Technologies is seeking an Entry-Level IT Engineer to participate in designing and supporting software solutions that deliver optimal customer value. The role involves writing efficient, testable code, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and providing DevOps support for web operations. Collaborating with global teams across various time zones, the engineer will work with cutting-edge technologies including Java, Spring Boot, Elastic Search, and DevOps tools while fostering continuous learning and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Design and support software solutions aligned with business and customer needs.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following specifications.
Translate functional requirements into technical designs and contribute to testing efforts.
Provide day-to-day DevOps support to ensure smooth web operations.
Collaborate with web architects and global teams to research and apply relevant technologies.
Create prototypes to evaluate new technologies’ applicability and value.
Share ideas, documentation, and best practices to enhance team capabilities.
Adapt to working across multiple global time zones and communicate effectively.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience with Java/J2EE frameworks, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, SOAP-based web services.
Knowledge in Elastic Search development and DevOps tooling (Jenkins, Bitbucket, GitHub).
Linux/Unix shell scripting preferred.
Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager or other content management systems is a plus.
Exposure to cloud-native applications (AWS, Lambda, Azure) preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and in teams.
Understanding of SDLC methodologies and eagerness to learn new technologies.
