Job Summary
Infosys BPM Limited is hiring Process Executives for its BPO Service Line at the Hubli delivery center, offering a full-time, work-from-office role. The position focuses on data and voice-based processes that require strong English communication, web research skills, and accuracy in content interpretation and data entry. Candidates must be willing to work in a 24×7 rotational shift environment, including night shifts, and be ready to join immediately with no long leave plans for at least one year.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle data and voice activities including outbound calls while following defined scripts and process guidelines.
- Perform accurate website research, navigation, content reading, understanding, and interpretation to support client processes.
- Assimilate process knowledge quickly, maintain productivity and quality metrics, and multitask between voice interactions and data entry.
- Adhere to 24×7 rotational shift requirements, maintain professional and courteous behavior with customers, and comply with all company policies and SLAs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor of Commerce / BCom / BBA with a minimum of 15 years of full-time education.
- Experience: 0–1 years; freshers meeting the criteria can apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, including good grammar, fluency, active listening, and interpretation skills.
- Proficient in basic computer usage, web research and navigation, with effective probing, analytical skills, and ability to multitask across voice and data entry.
- Flexible to work in 24×7 rotational/night shifts, willing to work from office only (no WFH), and available for immediate joining with no long leave planned for the next year.
