Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for IBM software products
• Troubleshoot issues, replicate customer problems, and communicate resolutions
• Manage customer expectations and relationships
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles
• Escalate defects, facilitate fixes, and participate in rotational weekend support

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (IT administration or customer support preferred)
• Linux/Unix or z/OS hands-on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Train, finetune, and infer language models
• Develop prototypes for real-world enterprise problems
