Job Summary

The External Graduate role at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) involves supporting sales operations through a range of activities including quote and price management, configuration, order processing, invoicing, and deal documentation. Candidates will record, validate, and analyze customer and sales data, while collaborating closely with team members to ensure successful sales order completion. The position offers remote flexibility and emphasizes independent judgment and operational excellence in a dynamic team environment.​

Key Responsibilities

• Execute order management and sales operations tasks
• Produce deal documentation and configure order systems
• Generate invoices and client billing per agreements
• Record, update, and validate customer and deal data
• Analyze and report on sales processing activities
• Act as a collaborative team member with independent decision-making

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering, IT, or related technical field)
• Entry-level professional concepts and theoretical knowledge
• Familiarity with sales operations or administration
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize tasks
• Skills in process improvement and collaboration​
