Job Summary
HCLTech is looking for fresh graduates to join as Graduate Trainees at Lucknow and Nagpur locations. The role is open to B Com/ B Com (Hons)/ BBA Finance/ BBA (General) graduates from 2024 and 2025 batches. Selected candidates will support a range of business and operations-related activities including database management, candidate coordination, and onboarding support within a dynamic global technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Update databases on parameters such as candidate eligibility, interest, and exam delivery
- Initiate calls to candidates for assessments and interviews
- Coordinate candidate documentation for offer release and loan processing
- Inform and assist candidates with onboarding and scheduling
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the reporting manager or organization
Qualifications & Skills
- B Com, B Com (Hons), BBA Finance, or BBA (General) degree (2024/2025 graduates)
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
