Job Summary
Join HARMAN Tech Solutions as a Foundational Engineer- Associate and help drive innovation by combining physical and digital technologies to solve complex challenges in a fast-paced, global environment. You’ll perform advanced data analysis, prepare comprehensive reports, and contribute to projects focused on healthcare data analytics and large datasets, using SQL and Excel to generate actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently conduct complex data analysis and present findings to clients/vendors.
- Prepare detailed reports and research conclusions per defined service level agreements.
- Assess data accuracy and provide process inputs.
- Resolve, research, and document client/vendor inquiries.
- Work collaboratively in dynamic settings, including late evening/night shifts and weekends.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree; fresher or 1–2 years relevant experience.
- Experience with large healthcare datasets preferred.
- Proficiency in Basic SQL and Advanced Excel.
- Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts in high-energy environments.
