Job Summary

Groww is hiring a Data Analyst to help build insights that improve customer experience and business performance across its multi-product financial platform. The analyst will work closely with stakeholders to prepare management reports, analyze trends, and automate dashboards that track key metrics. The role focuses on using SQL and data visualization to turn large volumes of product and business data into clear, actionable recommendations.​

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for leadership highlighting trends, patterns, and key performance indicators.​
• Handle day-to-day data requests from stakeholders across product, business, and operations teams.​
• Build, maintain, and automate dashboards and key metric trackers to support decision-making.​
• Support data integrity and normalization initiatives, and refine reporting requirements for the data warehouse.​

Qualifications & Skills

• 1–3 years of relevant analytics experience as a data analyst or in a related field.​
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data.​
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).​
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.​
