Job Summary

The Associate Helpdesk Support Analyst will provide first-line technical support to employees and end-users, resolving issues related to workstations, hardware, software, and peripherals. This role supports business continuity by troubleshooting, installing, and maintaining IT infrastructure. The analyst will escalate complex problems, keep users informed on ticket status, and assist with system updates and security compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line user support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Support end-users through remote access tools and assist with installations and updates, including anti-virus software
• Gather and maintain system inventory data
• Escalate complex issues to higher expertise levels
• Communicate with customers to ensure tickets are managed through to closure
• Comply with Helpdesk and IT security policies and procedures
• Assist with assigned special projects

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or equivalent work experience
• 0-3 years Helpdesk support experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Good written and spoken business English skills
