Key Responsibilities
Provide support for catalog management, including adding, changing, deleting, and retiring learning elements.
Deploy e-learning content and troubleshoot preliminary content-related issues.
Respond to inquiries from global teams regarding learning catalog items and content requests.
Liaise with global technology support and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Identify and recommend process improvements.
Participate in systems testing and act as a subject matter expert for new hires.
Good communication skills to liaise with multiple teams.
