Job Summary

As a Technical Content Developer 1 at Dell Technologies, you will work alongside expert teams to research, analyze, and synthesize complex technical subjects into clear, high-quality customer content across multiple channels. The role covers authoring installation guides, user manuals, media experiences, and API references using modern tools and structured authoring standards. You will learn Dell’s workflows and help ensure user experiences with datacenter products are compelling and easy to understand, driving practical impact in the industry.​

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product documentation including guides and manuals
• Apply DITA, XML, Markdown, and HTML structured authoring standards
• Adopt and improve content workflows, tools, and processes
• Utilize AI-assisted authoring and prompt tools
• Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering teams

Qualifications & Skills

• 0–2 years in structured technical authoring (DITA, XML, Markdown), UX/content design, or equivalent
• Familiarity with markup languages, content tools, and graphics
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Solution-oriented mindset and willingness to learn emerging technical areas
• Bonus: Experience in AI-powered workflows, media, APIs, or conversational/interactive content
