The Team Member role in Hyderabad at Bank of America involves processing transactions according to Standard Operating Procedures and client instructions. Key Responsibilities
- Process transactions as per SOP and customer instructions
- Ensure transaction quality meets compliance parameters
- Achieve defined process metrics and targets
- Identify and communicate areas for process improvement
- Maintain adherence to established attendance schedules
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduation in any stream
- Experience range: 0–3 years
- Typing skills: 40 wpm with 95% accuracy
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment
- Minimum age: 18 years
