Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve complex technical issues across the Salesforce ecosystem
- Provide high-quality customer support with clear and professional communication
- Handle end-to-end customer issue resolution and ensure timely closure
- Investigate, document, and prioritize customer-reported issues
- Collaborate with product engineering teams to improve product performance
- Deliver high customer satisfaction through proactive support
- Maintain and enhance technical expertise in assigned domains
- Provide guidance on Marketing Cloud features and best practices
- Contribute to internal knowledge base and team mentoring
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2+ years experience in Technical Support or similar role
- Strong understanding of databases and SQL
- Knowledge of internet technologies (web servers, firewalls, etc.)
- Programming knowledge (Java, JavaScript, C, C++, Apex) is a plus
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with browsers like Chrome, Safari, etc.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Understanding of APIs, DNS, debugging tools, and troubleshooting methods
