Job Summary
We’re looking for a product-driven Software Engineer I to join GHX’s innovative product team in Hyderabad. In this early-career role, you’ll go beyond writing tickets — you’ll design, build, and ship real features in Angular and TypeScript that reach thousands of healthcare users worldwide. You’ll gain hands-on experience across the stack, from AWS Lambda and Node.js to CI/CD automation, growing into a product-minded engineer who crafts meaningful solutions that improve patient care outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver production-quality code using Angular and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to solve real user challenges.
- Learn and contribute to backend systems using AWS Lambda, Java, and Node.js.
- Implement and manage feature releases with GrowthBook or LaunchDarkly.
- Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and mentorship sessions.
- Take ownership of features — experiment, iterate, and improve continuously.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience or exposure to modern frameworks like Angular or React.
- Working knowledge of GitHub and version control workflows.
- Curiosity about AWS Lambda or serverless architectures.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Demonstrated passion through personal projects, hackathons, or open-source work.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with AWS, Vercel, or Cloudflare deployment environments.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD tools.
- Basic knowledge of Java (Spring Boot) or Node.js backend development.
- Understanding of feature flags, A/B testing, and product experimentation.
- Contributions to open-source projects or a GitHub portfolio.
